- Prepare 2 cups of water.
- Prepare 2 tsp of gelatin powder + 2 tbls water.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1/2 tsp of mango essence.
- You need 1/2 tsp of yellow food colour.

- Soak gelatin in 2 tbls water for 20 Minutes. Set aside..
- In pan add water let it simmer then add sugar and Soaked gelatin. Cook till sugar desolved..
- Turn of flame add lemon juice, food colour and mango essence..
- Give it 10 Minute in pan then transfer in any mould for settled in desired shape..
