- Heat oil.. add mutton along with g.g paste...
- Fry for a min.. Then add tomatoes (roughly cut).

- Now add 2 cup water and cook till Mutton tender on low flame for an hour...
- Now add brown onion and cook for more 10min...
- Gravy is ready.. set a side...
- Soak rice for an hour...
- In a pot(in which you boil rice) add potaoes cut in 4 cube...
- Add water and salt according tu rice...
- When potatoes half cook and water boil.. add rice...
- Cook accordingly (1/3uncooked).
- Drain and set a side...
