- It's 3 tsp of Basmati Rice.

- Prepare 2 tsp of cold milk.

- Boil the milk till the rice gets cooked and the texture gets thicker. Once u get the texture add sugar, cardamom powder and Kesar milk..
- Mix it well and keep stirring so the sugar gets dissolved. Once the sugar dissolve close the flame..
- Now add rose essence. Chopped Almonds. Mix it well. Let it get cool and refrigerate it.
- After 2-3 hours serve in mud kuhlad. Sprinkle sieve almond and serve..
