- Take a pan, add ginger, garlic, cloves, cumin seeds, pepper, dalchini powder, cardamom, fennel seeds, cashews and raisins and add water near about 1 glass...

- Now add this paste in tadka.
- Cook it for one or two minutes and then add fresh malai into it with milk.
- And cook it for a minute and At the end add cheese slices and by crushing kasuri methi into it and serve it by garnishing it with little grated cheese and butter.
