Flavoured Rice with Roasted Chicken step by step
- Pressure cook rice with all whole spices and salt for 1-2 whistle. Take out all whole spices out of rice And add ghee and food colour on top and gently mix it..
- For roasted Chicken preheat oven on 200°F..
- Give a slit to chicken pieces before marinating it..
- Take lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and black pepper together and mix it. Pour this on chicken pieces. And rub it. Keep it marinating for 1 hour or more..
- Once it got marinated add peri peri masala on it and salt if its necessary. Add more red chilli powder if you need more spice..
- Now using rotisserie unit of otg roast chicken for around 40-45 mins..
- Once chicken gets nicly roasted from outside take it out and brush it with butter. And again roast it for 2-3 mins. Now you can have whole piece or just seperate meat from bone. And eat it with flavoured rice and raita.
