Ingredients of Mutton Qeema biryani
- Prepare 600 g of rice.
- Prepare 1 kg of mutton mince.
- Prepare 4 tbs of mint leaves.
- You need 1 tbs of gram masala powder.
- It's of Salt as required.
- You need 2 pinches of saffron.
- You need 1 tbs of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tbs of garlic ginger paste.
- Prepare 4 of green chilie.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 3 of onions medium size.
- It's 5 of bay leaves.
- It's 2 of star anise.
- You need 5 of cloves.
- You need 4 of green cordamom.
- It's 1 tbs of cumin seeds.
- You need of Cooking oil as required.
- It's 1 tbs of chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbs of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 6 tbs of yogurt.
Mutton Qeema biryani instructions
- Boil the qeema for 15 minutes, do separate mince from stock. Keep stock aside.
- Pour oil in pan on medium flame. Add g.g paste, cordamom, cumin seeds & saute for 1 minute. Then add sliced onion & fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes & cook for 3 minutes.
- Now add boiled Qeema in mixture, add all spices & fry for 3 minutes more now add one bowl stock & cover the mixture for 10 minutes. Keep stirring..
- Turn off flame & add boiled rice. Sprinkle water soaked saffron & mint leaves. Turn flame-mediam low for 10 minutes & cover tightly. Can garnish with brown onion.
