  1. Prepare 600 g of rice.
  2. Prepare 1 kg of mutton mince.
  3. Prepare 4 tbs of mint leaves.
  4. You need 1 tbs of gram masala powder.
  5. It's of Salt as required.
  6. You need 2 pinches of saffron.
  7. You need 1 tbs of coriander powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tbs of garlic ginger paste.
  9. Prepare 4 of green chilie.
  10. You need 3 of tomatoes.
  11. Prepare 3 of onions medium size.
  12. It's 5 of bay leaves.
  13. It's 2 of star anise.
  14. You need 5 of cloves.
  15. You need 4 of green cordamom.
  16. It's 1 tbs of cumin seeds.
  17. You need of Cooking oil as required.
  18. It's 1 tbs of chilli powder.
  19. It's 1 tbs of turmeric powder.
  20. Prepare 6 tbs of yogurt.

Mutton Qeema biryani instructions

  1. Boil the qeema for 15 minutes, do separate mince from stock. Keep stock aside.
  2. Pour oil in pan on medium flame. Add g.g paste, cordamom, cumin seeds & saute for 1 minute. Then add sliced onion & fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes & cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Now add boiled Qeema in mixture, add all spices & fry for 3 minutes more now add one bowl stock & cover the mixture for 10 minutes. Keep stirring..
  4. Turn off flame & add boiled rice. Sprinkle water soaked saffron & mint leaves. Turn flame-mediam low for 10 minutes & cover tightly. Can garnish with brown onion.
