Ingredients of Diwani Handi
- It's of Butter 2” from Amul butter pack.
- It's 1 tsp of Jeera.
- It's 1.5 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 TBSP of Ghee.
- You need of Onion 1 big roughly chopped.
- Prepare 7-8 pods of Garlic, chopped finely.
- Prepare of Ginger 1” finely chopped.
- You need of Mix veggies finely chopped (beans, capsicum, bell peppers, cauliflower, de seeded tomatoes) crunchy blanched in salt water.
- Prepare of Cottage cheese 150 GMs cut in cubes.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Peas.
- You need 1/4 cup of Sweet corn.
- Prepare of Spinach one cup washed, par boiled and puréed.
- Prepare of Coriander 1/2 cup washed and chopped roughly. Puréed together with spinach.
- It's 2-4 of green chillies.
- You need 1/4 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need of Whole spices (black pepper, bay leaf, big cardamom, 1” cinnamon stick, 2-4 cloves).
Diwani Handi step by step
- Take butter in a pan, add whole spices and then add onion, garlic and ginger..
- When roasted for a few minutes, add veggies and keep stirring..
- Add spices and cook for a couple of minutes more till aroma starts coming..
- Add curd and spinach coriander green chilli purée..
- Keep on low flame and let cook. Add cottage cheese and garam masala after a couple of minutes. Mix the vegetable equally in the gravy..
