- Boil milk. Lower the flame add sugar and reduce milk till thin creamy rabri is formed. Add 2tsp kesar syrup and mix. Keep aside..
- Spread butter on bread slices. Toast on a pan on medium flame till crispy..
- Place the bread slices on the dish to be served..
- Pour the creamy rabri nicely covering all the bread slices..
- Garnish with 1tsp of kesari syrup and some chopped nuts. Refrigerate for an hour..
- Serve cold..
