Ingredients of Thandai Phirni
- Prepare 50 gm of basmati rice.
- Prepare 1 ltr of milk.
- It's 50 gm of sugar.
- It's 1 tsp of cadamom powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of Thondai powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of chopped dryfruits.
- Prepare 6-8 of Saffron strands.

- Take a grienderjar add pista,cashew,magaj,blackpepper,greencadamom,poppyseeds,saunf,&dry rose petal griend it &makes powder.Again take a grienderjar add soak rice &little milk,roughly griend it..
- Heat a pan add milk &stir continuously.when boils comes cook 5 mints.Than add roughly griended rice mix it well &cook nicely.when ever fully cook add saffron strands..
- Add sugar&cadamompowder mix it well.Than add thandai powder mix it well &cook 2 mints.Thondai phirni is ready..
- Cool it &garnishing with chopped dryfruits serve it cool cool..
