  1. It's 300 gm of Mutton.
  2. You need 250 gm of Arvi.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of oil.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of dahi.
  5. It's 3 of onion in slices.
  6. You need 4-5 of garlic clove.
  7. You need 1 piece of Ginger chop.
  8. You need 1 Tbsp of red chilli powder.
  9. It's 1 Tbsp of Dhania powder.
  10. You need 1 Tsp of salt.
  11. It's 1-2 of loung.
  12. You need 1 stick of cinnamon.
  13. You need 3-4 of Green Cardamom.
  14. Prepare 1-2 of Harimirchain.
  15. Prepare of fresh Haradhania to garnish.

Arvi Gosht ka salan step by step

  1. Peel arvi &wash.mix red chilli powder,dhania powder,salt in dahi & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil.add slice onion,garluc,ginger in oil & fry to pink.add masala mix dahi in onion..
  3. Fry masala in dahi.when oil comes at surface close heat. let the oil in 1 side..
  4. Add only masala in blander & leave oil in dish.blend masala with 2 Tbsp water to paste.
  5. Add mutton & garam masala in oil.fry till colour change at low heat.add masala paste.fry for 5 min.
  6. Add 3 cup water in dish & let mutton cook at medium heat till half done.then add peeled arvi in dish & cook till both are tender.
  7. When both are soft adjust salan consistency.add harimirchain & turn off heat..
  8. Garnish with haradhania.serve tasty arvi gosht ka salan with chapati & lemon onion salad. enjoy.
