- It's 300 gm of Mutton.
- You need 250 gm of Arvi.
- It's 1/2 cup of oil.
- It's 1/2 cup of dahi.
- It's 3 of onion in slices.
- You need 4-5 of garlic clove.
- You need 1 piece of Ginger chop.
- You need 1 Tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 Tbsp of Dhania powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of salt.
- It's 1-2 of loung.
- You need 1 stick of cinnamon.
- You need 3-4 of Green Cardamom.
- Prepare 1-2 of Harimirchain.
- Prepare of fresh Haradhania to garnish.
Arvi Gosht ka salan step by step
- Peel arvi &wash.mix red chilli powder,dhania powder,salt in dahi & keep aside.
- Heat oil.add slice onion,garluc,ginger in oil & fry to pink.add masala mix dahi in onion..
- Fry masala in dahi.when oil comes at surface close heat. let the oil in 1 side..
- Add only masala in blander & leave oil in dish.blend masala with 2 Tbsp water to paste.
- Add mutton & garam masala in oil.fry till colour change at low heat.add masala paste.fry for 5 min.
- Add 3 cup water in dish & let mutton cook at medium heat till half done.then add peeled arvi in dish & cook till both are tender.
- When both are soft adjust salan consistency.add harimirchain & turn off heat..
