- You need 250 gms of paneer.
- It's 1/2 cup of roughly chopped onion.
- It's 1 cup of tomato roughly chopped.
- You need 4-5 of garlic cloves.
- You need 8-10 of cashews nuts.
- It's 3-4 of green elachi.
- It's 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare some of Kasuri methi.

- Heat a pan.Put ghee,Onion garlic,saute then put tomato,cashew nuts,elachi all dry masale, saute few minutes until tomato becomes soft.Turn gas off.Cool at room temperature..
- Cut paneer your choice.Grind onion tomato into a fine paste..
- Heat pan,put puree then add cream, boil it add paneer pieces then kasuri methi little crushed with hand put in gravy turn the gas off.serve with rice/ naan..
