- Wash and soak the dal for 4-5 hrs.. Pressure cook it. Let it cool and starin the water from the dal..
- In a kadai take boiled dal and equal quantity of jaggery.Keep stirring continuously..
- Cook it till water completely dries and the mixture starts leaving the pan. Remove ina bowl and let it cool completely. Add jaiphal powder, elaichi powder and ginger powder and mix well..
- For dough: Take maida, wheat flour, salt and oil and mix well. Then add little water at a time and make a very soft dough. It should be soft then the chapati dough.Keep it covered for 15 mins..
- Take a small ball of dough and flatten it slightly and fill in the stuffing at the centre and use it nicely and pat it slightly and roll it into a very thin chapati..
- Take a pan and cook it nicely from both the sides without oil..
- Once it's done apply ghee and serve hot with hot milk..
- For dough u can also use just wheat flour...
