- Prepare 4 slices of Bread.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 cup of sugar.
- It's 2 pods of small cardomum.

- Prepare 500 ml of full cream milk.
- You need few of Saffron.

- Take milk in a pan & start heating it on slow flame. Put some essence and flavourings in it such as small cardomum and rose water..
- Cook till milk reduce to form Ranbri, add sugar at the end and separate it in different bowl to add colours to it..
- Now in another prepare sugar syrup. Take sugar in pan add water to it. Let sugar caramelise and leave it's own moisture. Add flavourings to it and cook till it get thick..
- Finish it by adding some saffron and lemon juice..
- Now take bread and cut it as you like. After that either toast or deep fry the bread piece to golden brown colour..
- Now dip the toasted or fried bread piece in sugar syrup..
- Now arrange the toasted/fried bread dipped in sugar syrup on plate. Pour colourful Rabri over bread pieces. Garnish it with the help of chopped dry fruits..
- Put in refrigerator and served little chilled..
