- In a bowl soak cashew nuts, red chilli powder, kasuri methi in warm water & let it rest for 30min..
- Meanwhile in a pan heat ghee, add jeera, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves, ginger & onion cook till onion becomes a little soft..
- Once the onion mix become es little cold blend it into a smooth paste, also blend the cashew mix into a smooth paste..
- In a pan take the onion puree, cashew paste mix well cook for 2min, then add tomato puree & mix well..
- Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, salt & mix well. Cook for another 10min, then add paneer cubes, mix well cook for 5min more..
- Lastly switch off the gas, add coriander, garnish with cream & serve with chapati..
