Ingredients of Paan Coconut  ladoo

  1. It's 4 of paan leaves.
  2. Prepare 1 cup+ 2tbsp of desiccated coconut powder.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
  4. It's 4-5 tsp of gulkand.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.
  6. It's as needed of More desiccated coconut powder for rolling.

Paan Coconut  ladoo step by step

  1. Take a food processor and add chopped paan leaves and to that add milkmaid and pulse it till well and keep aside..
  2. Heat a pan on medium flame and once it get hot add ghee and then add coconut powder and roast it for 2-3 mintues on medium low heat..
  3. Now to that add condensed milk and paan mixture and mix it well. Cook for two more minutes and then keep it aside for cooling..
  4. Once the mixture is cooled. Grease your hands with ghee and start making lemon size balls..
  5. Press the ball and add 1/2 teaspoon gulkand and roll it back properly without any break. And then roll it on desiccated coconut powder. Make all the ladoos on same procedure..
  6. After making all ladoos keep the paan ladoos in refrigerator and then serve it..
