  1. You need 1 tsp of Beetroot grated.
  2. It's 1 1/2 cup of Grated coconut.
  3. It's 1 cup of Sugar.
  4. You need 3 of Cardamom.
  5. It's 1 tsp of Butter.
  6. It's 3 tsp of Decicated coconut for garnishing.

Coconut Beet Ladoo step by step

  1. First melt the butter in a pan.Once the butter melt put the grated beetroot into the butter and crushed cardamom seeds fry it for few minutes..
  2. Next add the grated coconut and mix  with the beetroot.Stir it for few minutes....
  3. Now add the sugar and mix it.Cook it until it looks a sticky paste or cook 15--20 minutes....
  4. Once it is a sticky dough put the heat off and take a spoon full of coconut paste and keep it in a plate and let it cool for few second...
  5. When it is cool make it in round shape using your pump and set aside.Now put the coconut ball into the decicated coconut and let it stick.Keep it in a plate or you can store this coconut balls for 10-15 days.
