  1. You need 500 ml of Milk.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  3. You need 2 of Bread slices.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardmom powder.
  5. It's 109 gm of Ghee.
  6. You need 1/3 cup of Dry nuts chopped.
  7. Prepare 15 of Saffron threads.

Shahi tukda step by step

  1. Turn on the flame & heat the pan add milk,saffron.
  2. Increase the flame to high and let the milk boil once the milk starts boiling,reduce the flame to low boil milk till it had reduced to half of it's original quantity..
  3. Keep stirring,add sugar 1/4 cup add dry nuts & keep stirring add keep stirring.
  4. Add cardmon powder mix it well keep stirring till it becomes thick.
  5. Turn off the flame once the desired consistency is achieved.
  6. Turn on the flame & add ghee in a pan put bread slices in hot ghee.
  7. Fry it till it turnes crispy deep fry the breads to make it crispy.
  8. Fry it till it becomes light golden brown.take it out and keep it aside.
  9. Fry the remaining slices like this.
  10. Heat a pan and add sugar add 1/4 cup of water and let it boil keep stirring.
  11. Cook the syrup for 2 mintues on low flame turn of the flame.
  12. Add fried bread slices in the sugar syrup.
  13. Flip the slices to alkow bread to absord the sugar syrup proparly pour the rabdi on a serving plate.
  14. Place 2 bread slices over it add one more layer of rabdi and one bread slice on top garish it with finely chopped dry nuts.
  15. Ready to serve.
