- You need 2 cup of Fresh grated coconut.
- You need 6 tbsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Condenced milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 6 tbsp of Strawbery crush.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red colour.
- You need 1 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- Prepare 1 cup of Descicated coconut.
- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Pistachio powder.
Strawberri Coconut Laddu step by step
- Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai,add grated coconut and roast it for 30-40 seconds..
- Add milk,sugar,condenced milk and stir it well,cook it for about 3-4 minutes on medium flame..
- Add strawbery crush,liquide red colour and mix well..
- Add finely chopped pistachio and cardamom powder,mix well.Off the flame and keep it aside for cooling on normal temprature..
- Now grease your hands with some ghee,take small portion out of the above mixture and roll it in between your palms to make roundals or balls..
- Spread descicated coconut on a plate,roll them up in the coconut mix to coat the balls.Strawbery coconut laddus are ready to serve..
