  2. Boil 300 ml milk on a medium heat. Add vanilla extract to it and mix well and keep it aside..
  3. In a heavy bottomed pan add sugar (100 gms) with 1 tbsp of water. Let it melt on a medium flame until it becomes dark amber colour. Do not stir. If sugar forms lumps,swirl the pan..
