- Heat ghee in kadahi or heavy bottom pan..
- Add khuskhus and til then gur melt it with continuous stirring don't cook too much..
- Put off the flame then mix coconut with dry fruits let the mixture cool completely.after few mins it 'll be thick. Keep it aside..
- Mash channa /paneer with hands or blend in blender for one to two churn to make it smooth..
- Then heat karahi or heavy bottom pan..
- Transfer the mashed paneer in it cook it with malai and mix properly on simmer..
- Then add milk powder with sugar cook the mixture till leaves the sides and turn in to smooth dough with continuous stirring..
- Off the flame at last add essence and let the mixture cool completely..
- After few minutes take lemon size small dumpling out of the dough.
- Flatten it on your greased palm place 1tsp gur mixture in the middle.
- Then join all the sides and give it an oval shape and make impression with fork.
