  2. It's 1/2 cup of Cocunut.
  3. Prepare to taste of Jaggery.

  2. Now take Tur dal and add Coconut & Jaggery mixture. Now fry it and then Grind it into Powder..
  3. Take Maida flour + Oil + Salt + Turmeric Powder mix it and make it like Chappati Flour..
  4. Now Expand the Flour and Put the Mixture in Step 2 on the flour and completely wrap it up..
  5. Now Roll it like how we roll Chappati and fry it on tawa. Your Obathu is ready..
