- You need of Ingredients.
- Prepare 1 cup of brown sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of butter (not margrine).
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Praline Topping instructions
- Combine sugar and milk in sauce pan.
- Place on medium heat, stir until begins to boil. Then stir occasionally.....Do Not Scrape Sides! Will set up..
- Heat to 200°F....almost soft ball stage..
- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Do Not Stir Yet!.
- When butter is melted completely, beat vigorously until glossy.
- Pour over cake or other desserts..
- This is enough to glaze 1 8inch bundt cake..
- It will harden slightly when cooled..
