Praline Topping instructions

  1. Combine sugar and milk in sauce pan.
  2. Place on medium heat, stir until begins to boil. Then stir occasionally.....Do Not Scrape Sides! Will set up..
  3. Heat to 200°F....almost soft ball stage..
  4. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Do Not Stir Yet!.
  5. When butter is melted completely, beat vigorously until glossy.
  6. Pour over cake or other desserts..
  7. This is enough to glaze 1 8inch bundt cake..
  8. It will harden slightly when cooled..
  9. Serve and enjoy.
