Paneer Veggie Wrap/Roll instructions

  1. For wrap:- combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water..
  2. Keep aside. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out circle using a little flour..
  3. Heat a non stick tava and lightly cook the rotis on both sides. Keep aside..
  4. Frankie masala:- mix all ingredients and spice mix is ready..
  5. For stuffing:- Firstly in a kadai heat butter and oil add onion, ginger garlic paste..
  6. Saute until onions turns golden brown. Add all powder masala. Mix well..
  7. Saute on low flame until spices turn aromatic. Now add tomato sauce, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and paneer. Mix well..
  8. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Now add coriander leaves and mix well..
  9. Heat the non stick tava place the roti and lightly cook using butter till it is light brown form both the sides..
  10. Place the roti on a clean dry surface apply add 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and 1 tsp chilli sauce. Mix and spread uniformly..
  11. Now add in 2 tbsp prepared stuffing and spread slightly..
  12. Top with cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and onions..
