Ingredients of Raw Mango Mint Chutney
- You need 1 cup of coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mint leaves / pudina.
- You need 3 cloves of garlic.
- You need 3 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 1 of small raw mango.
- Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- It's 3 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 3-4 of walnuts.
Raw Mango Mint Chutney instructions
- Firstly in a blender take 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves and peeled raw mango chopped and just a tsp of lemon juice..
- Also add 3 clove garlic, 3 inch ginger and 3 green chilli & salt. I like to use walnuts as it works as a preservative too.
- Blend everything to a smooth paste adding water (only if needed add a spoon only).
- Don’t put too much water at a time otherwise chutney will become very runny..
- Green chutney is ready to use for sandwich or chaats..
