- Cook toor dal with water till soft and cooked well, drain the water after the dal is completely cooked..

- After the dal mixture is completely cooled, grind the mixture to a smooth paste..
- For the dough, mix maida, turmeric and salt with water and form a dough..
- Take small portion of dough and fill it with the dal mixture and spread it on a cover and cook on the tava both the sides..
