- It's 250 gm of paneer cubes.
- Prepare 2 of onion big chopped.
- It's 2 of tomato chopped.

- Prepare As needed of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.

Shahi Matar paneer step by step
- Heat the oil for frying paneer cubes fry till light brown then remove in a plate.
- After that removed extra oil remain only 1 tbsp add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, ginger, soaked Cashew saute till light brown then remove it from the pan.
- Then cool it down then pour in a mixi jar with add of green chilli make a smooth paste.
- After that add 2 tbsp oil in the same pan add green cardoman,bay leave, cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add paste saute for 2-3 min then add all dried masala saute till oil separate from masala.
- Then add malai mix it well till smooth texture.
- Then add fried paneer, salt, green peas, capsicum mix it well.
- Then add 2 cup water cook for 5-6 min in medium flame.
- You can adjust masala and green chilli as per your taste.
- Serve with rice, chapati, poori, paratha etc.
