  6. You need 1/4 tsp. of cardamom powder (reserve some to garnish).
  7. It's 1 cup of fresh cream.
  8. You need of few mango pieces to garnish.

  10. You need of few saffron strands to garnish.

Mango Panna Cotta instructions

  1. Dissolve 1 tbsp. gelatin in 1 cup lukewarm water for 10-12 minutes..
  2. Add 2 tbsp. sugar to the puree (depending on the sweetness of the mango). Mix well..
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango puree and give it a stir..
  4. Pour into individual glasses, that are kept at an angle and half fill the glass. Chill till it is set..
