- Prepare 2 cup of Rice.

- It's 1 cup of mix bell pepper chopped.

- You need 1 tbsp of green chilli.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger.
- It's 1 tbsp of garlic.

- Wash the rice and boil it. Add salt... using 2 cup rice:4 cups water ratio. Drain it in strainer and keep it aside to cool..
- Chop and slice all the vegetables mentioned above and keep it ready. Keep all the sauces ready too..
- Chop all the ingredients which will be used for tempering..
- In a wok add oil and add chillis, ginger,garlic and onions. Saute it 2 min on high flame..
- Now add all the vegetables one by one to it.. (except spring onion leaves).
- And saute again for 2 min.. do not cook the vegetables completely.. keep it semi cooked..
- Add all the sauce and stir fry it for 2 min.. add 1/2 cup water and let it simmer again for a min..
- Now add the steamed rice and mix well all the ingredients from the wok.. keep it stirring and mixing till all the rice is completely coated with the vegetables and sauce.add the spring onion leaves and mix it well..
