  4. Boil 8 Cashew & 8 Almonds in water in a separate pan for 15 mins..
  5. Remove outer skin of almonds..
  6. Grind Cashew & almonds in grinder with little water & make it a slurry.
  7. Grind tomatoes in grinder..
  8. Add tomatoes paste in the fried onions. Fry till oil separates.
  9. Mix Asofetida & 2 teaspoon red Kashmiri chilli powder & garam masala in half bowl of water. Make a slurry..
  10. Add slurry in the pan. Add turmeric powder. Fry again..
  11. Add cashew almonds paste in the pan. Mix & fry for 2-3 mins..
  12. Add whipped curd in the mix & fry..
  13. Add cottage cheese cubes & mix well..
  14. Add required water & boil for 5-7 mins..
  15. Add honey, salt..
