- You need 1 cup of onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 cup of yellow capsicum chopped.
- Prepare 1 cup of green capsicum chopped.
- You need 1 cup of carrot chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of coriander.
- Prepare 2 cup of basamati rice.
- Prepare 2 litre of water.
- It's 1 inch of cinnamon.
- It's 3 of cloves.
- You need 5 of black pepper.

- It's 2 table spoon of ching fried rice Masala.

- First off all take one pan and boiled water. When water boiled add all dry Masala in water. Than add socked basmati rice. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes..
- After 5 minutes check the rice as we have to cook rice only 80%. So when rice cook 80% turn off gas and drain all water from rice. Now rice is ready keep aside..
- Now in one big tawa add 3 table spoon oil and after oil hot add onion and cook onion 2 minutes on high flame..
- Now add all other veggies and cook 2 minutes on high flame. Now add chings fried rice Masala 2 table spoon and mix well..
- Now add cooked rice and mix well with veggies. Be careful when you mix rice otherwise rice will be broken and looks not good..
- Now add coriander and mix well. Our fried rice is ready serve hot. Kids love this rice..
