  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of coriander.
  6. Prepare 2 cup of basamati rice.
  7. Prepare 2 litre of water.
  8. It's 1 inch of cinnamon.
  9. It's 3 of cloves.

  1. First off all take one pan and boiled water. When water boiled add all dry Masala in water. Than add socked basmati rice. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes check the rice as we have to cook rice only 80%. So when rice cook 80% turn off gas and drain all water from rice. Now rice is ready keep aside..
  3. Now in one big tawa add 3 table spoon oil and after oil hot add onion and cook onion 2 minutes on high flame..
  4. Now add all other veggies and cook 2 minutes on high flame. Now add chings fried rice Masala 2 table spoon and mix well..
  5. Now add cooked rice and mix well with veggies. Be careful when you mix rice otherwise rice will be broken and looks not good..
  6. Now add coriander and mix well. Our fried rice is ready serve hot. Kids love this rice..
