- You need 1 tbsp of urad Dal.
- You need 1 tbsp of chana Dal.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
- You need 2 of dried red chilli.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander seeds.
- You need as needed of Curry leaves.
- It's 1/2 cup of Julienne cut( red, yellow and green )capsicum.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Take a pan and dry roast peanuts,urad Dal,chanaDal,cumin seeds, coriander seeds,sesame seeds,dried red chilli untill it's turn aromat (for about 1 1/2 min).
- Once done turn off the flame and grind it into a coarse paste..
- In the same pan add 2 tbspn oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds curry leaves.
- Then add the capsicum, turmeric powder and the grinded coarse powder,salt and stir it for a min..
- Then add the cooked rice and mix it gently if not the rice will break and cook it for a min Then garnish it with coriander..
