  6. You need 2 of dried red chilli.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.

  11. It's 1/2 cup of Julienne cut( red, yellow and green )capsicum.
  12. It's 1 tsp of garam masala.

  1. Take a pan and dry roast peanuts,urad Dal,chanaDal,cumin seeds, coriander seeds,sesame seeds,dried red chilli untill it's turn aromat (for about 1 1/2 min).
  2. Once done turn off the flame and grind it into a coarse paste..
  3. In the same pan add 2 tbspn oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds curry leaves.
  4. Then add the capsicum, turmeric powder and the grinded coarse powder,salt and stir it for a min..
  5. Then add the cooked rice and mix it gently if not the rice will break and cook it for a min Then garnish it with coriander..
