- Let the cooker cool down to release pressure and Shahi Paneer Khichdi is ready to serve..
- For Raita, take a large bowl and mix curd, sugar, chopped cucumber, mint, coriander and mix well. Add Chaat Masala and blend well. You can use a fork or hand blender to mix the raita. Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes and serve chilled with steaming hot Khichdi..
