Ingredients of Fresh Coconut Burfi
- Prepare 1 of fresh coconut.
- It's 1 cup of full cream milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of elachi (Cardamom)powder.
- It's 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
- You need 2 spoon of milk powder.
- It's 1/2 spoon of saffron strands.
- It's Pinch of food colour.
- It's 1 spoon of ghee.
- Prepare of Garnish.
- It's As needed of Sliver varkh.
Fresh Coconut Burfi step by step
- Take 1 fresh coconuts, remove their fiber and peel them. Scratch the outer covering using a knife. After scratching their covering, wash them and cut into small pieces.
- Grind them for 5 to 7 second and transfer in the bowl,keep a side.
- Take pan, add the full cream milk, sugar,stir continusley till the dissolve,.
- Then add the elaichi powder and grind coconut mix well it, stir continusley on medium flame.
- Reduce the milk then add the cream, milk powder, food colour and saffron mix well it.
- Cook while continuously stirring until it reaches to it's thicker consistency.
- Add 1 spoon ghee and mix well it. You see mixture shines stir for 2-3 minutes mixture ready ours desire consistency.
- Take plate grease with ghee, spread mixture on it, garnish with sliver varkh,cut into desire shape, keep the plate a side in the cool place to set for 1 hour.
