  2. It's 1 cup of full cream milk.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of sugar.

  6. You need 2 spoon of milk powder.
  7. It's 1/2 spoon of saffron strands.
  8. It's Pinch of food colour.

Fresh Coconut Burfi step by step

  1. Take 1 fresh coconuts, remove their fiber and peel them. Scratch the outer covering using a knife. After scratching their covering, wash them and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grind them for 5 to 7 second and transfer in the bowl,keep a side.
  3. Take pan, add the full cream milk, sugar,stir continusley till the dissolve,.
  4. Then add the elaichi powder and grind coconut mix well it, stir continusley on medium flame.
  5. Reduce the milk then add the cream, milk powder, food colour and saffron mix well it.
  6. Cook while continuously stirring until it reaches to it's thicker consistency.
  7. Add 1 spoon ghee and mix well it. You see mixture shines stir for 2-3 minutes mixture ready ours desire consistency.
  8. Take plate grease with ghee, spread mixture on it, garnish with sliver varkh,cut into desire shape, keep the plate a side in the cool place to set for 1 hour.
