  1. Take a kadhie on low medium flame.heat 7-8 spoon oil in kadhie. Add 1/2 table spoon cumin seeds and let them crackle. Then add chopped onion and Ginger, green chilli. Cook Onion on low medium flame. Mix well..
  2. Add chopped tomato in it and mix well.cook on low medium flame.You can also add a pinch of salt so that the tomatoes get cooked faster. You will see oil releasing from the sides from the mixture once the tomatoes are softened..
  3. Now add all the spices.salt, turmeric, Black pepper, Garam masala,dhaniya powder, Red chilli powder mix well.saute for 1 minute..
  4. Then, add the crumbled paneer. Mix throughly and cook for 1 minute. lastly add kasthuri methi and mix well..
  5. Serve Paneer Bhurji  with bread toast. You can also serve it with roti, plain paratha..
