- Hot oil in a pan and Satue jeera & dry Coriander.
- Now mix Ginger & garlic paste.
- After that mix onion paste and mix well.now mix turmic, red chilli powder & salt.
- Saturday it for 10 min.till oil shows.
- Now mix malai & left it for 5 min & stir properly.
- Now mix milk & cheese..
- Left it for5-7 min.at slow flame..
