  5. Mix all the other ingredients of the balls.more flour may be added if the mixture does not bind together.
  6. Make round Balls.flatten each ball dip in the batter and deep fry in medium heat keep the balls aside.
  7. To prepare Manchurian sauce, heat oil add ginger and garlic.fry on low flame for 1minute add green chilies and onions cook for 2minutes.
  8. Reduce heat and add Soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper cook for 2minutes.
  9. Add water boil add dissolve cornflour stirring continuously cook till slightly thick.
  10. Add the balls to the sauce and keep on slow heat for 1minute now Manchurian is ready garnish with green spring onions.
  11. Pour the prepared hot Manchurian over the rice serve.
