- Prepare 3 of apples,peeled and grated.
- It's 3/4 cup of dessicated coconut.
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.

- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of pistachio chopped.

- In a pan,dry roast dessicated coconut and keep aside..
- In the same pan,add ghee and grated apple and saute it till all the water gets dried up..
- Add coconut, sugar,milk powder, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well on low flame till it leaves the sides of pan and comes whole together..
- Take out in a greased pan and flatten with the back of a spoon. Spread chopped pistachios on top..
- Let it cool at room temperature and then put in slits when it is little cool..
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then take out and separate the pieces..
