- You need 1/2 cup of Toor dal.
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes small.
- It's 1 of Brinjal small.

- You need 4 tbsp of Lemon juice.

- You need 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds.

Idli sambhar instructions
- Add all the veggies in toor dal and add 2 cups water in it..
- Add turmeric powder and salt..
- Close the lid and put it on the gas stove after 5 whistles turn off the flame..
- And open it carefully mix it well and add 1/2 cup water..
- Use whisker to make the sambhar smooth..
- Turn on the flame, heat a pan and oil..
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,dry red chilli add sambhar masala powder..and add lemon juice..
- Mix it and turn off the flame.put tadka into dal.Sambhar is ready to serve..
- Take a bowl of the MTR rava idli mix..
- Add half bowl of sour curd. Stir well to remove all lumps..
- And let the batter rest for 1 minute. Add another bowl of sour curd, repeat stirring and now let it rest for about 2 mins..
- Take a microwave idli maker..
- And pour the mixture in it and microwave for 5 mins and ready it's to serve..
