Burnt Garlic Veg Fried Rice step by step

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves.
  2. Stir fry until golden brown, you can reserve few pieces for garnish.
  3. Now stir fry garlic until garlic is aromat and bit burnt.
  4. Add in spring onions to the pan and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add in beans and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add in rest of the veggies and stir fry until veggies are cooked yet crunchy.
  7. Add in sauces, pepper and vinegar. Mix well. I generally add in chilli sauce once I separate out the rice for my Kid. Both me and hubby love the chilli flavor but I skip it when I am preparing for my son and add chilli sauce towards the end of the dish for us..
