Ingredients of Palak Patta Chaat
- It's 150 gm of spinach.
- You need 2 tbsp of besan.
- You need 2 tbsp of beaten curd.
- You need 2 tbsp of green chutney.
- You need 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney.
- You need 2 tbsp of nylon sev.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of carom seeds.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need of Oil for fry.
Palak Patta Chaat instructions
- Take spinach and cut it's stem.
- Wash it properly and keep it aside.
- For Batter:-.
- Take a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder and carom seeds and mix.
- Add little water and make a batter out of it.
- Now heat the oil and dip the spinach leaf in batter and fry.
- Fry them till they crisp.
- Now let the spinach leaves cool.
- Place the leaves in a plate add curd and chutneys along with nylon sev.
- Chaat is ready to serve.
