Ingredients of Malai Kofta

  1. You need For of Kofta.
  2. You need 100 gms of paneer(mashed).
  3. It's 3-4 of boiled potatoes (mashed).
  4. Prepare 6-7 of cashew (crushed).
  5. Prepare 15-16 of kishmish.
  6. You need as required of coriander leaves.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour.
  10. It's as per taste of Salt as per taste.
  11. You need as required of Oil to fry.
  12. Prepare For of Gravy--.
  13. You need 3 of tomatoes chopped.
  14. You need 2 of onions chopped.
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  16. Prepare 1 cup of malai or Amul freshcream.
  17. Prepare 6-7 of cashew (soaked in water).
  18. You need 1 tbsp of magaj (soaked in water).
  19. You need 2-3 tbsp of butter.
  20. You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
  21. It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  22. You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  23. You need 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder.
  24. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  25. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  26. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  27. You need 1 tbsp of kasuri methi (Crushed).
  28. Prepare as per taste of Salt (to taste).
  29. It's 2-3 tsp of oil.

Malai Kofta instructions

  5. Take pan heat it and transfer this gray.mix all dry masala powder,sugar,salt and kasuri methi.cook it on low medium heat for 2 minutes. Now add fresh cream.stir continuously.cover the lid.cook for 2-3 minutes.add water to maintain consistency..
  6. Add the koftas. Pour the gravy over tha koftas.Turn off the flame..
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.Serve with chapatis/Naan..
