- Heat oil in non stick pan or kadhai. Once the oil is hot add finely chopped garlic and dry red chillies. Cook till garlic become light brown.
- Now add finely chopped beans and carrot. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till they become soft.
- Add black pepper powder, soya & Schezwan sauce and season with salt according to taste. Mix all and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drain the water and add boiled bambino vermicelli and mix gently and cook for another 1 minute.
- Now the dish is ready to be served.
