  1. Take all the ingredients,slice onion,chop tomato.
  2. In a pan take butter and oil add grounded spices with onion saute for 2 min.
  3. Add dry spices, tomato and cook till tomato mushy, add 1 cup water cover with lid and cook for 5 min.
  4. Grate cottage cheese,mash potato and add all the ingredients and make croquettes or balls.
