Restaurant style malai kofta instructions
- Take all the ingredients,slice onion,chop tomato.
- In a pan take butter and oil add grounded spices with onion saute for 2 min.
- Add dry spices, tomato and cook till tomato mushy, add 1 cup water cover with lid and cook for 5 min.
- Grate cottage cheese,mash potato and add all the ingredients and make croquettes or balls.
- Stuff nuts and coat with refined and rice flour.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Cool down mixture blend and make a paste,add again in a pan cook with lid for 5 -7 till oil separate, add crem and curd stir continuously.as per gravy add milk.
