  14. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  15. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  16. You need 1 tsp of degi laal mirch.
  17. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp of fresh cream.
  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp of kasuri methi.

  21. Prepare 150 gm of grated paneer.
  22. Prepare 2 of grated Potato.

Malai Kofta instructions

  9. Take kadhai pour some oil to fry our kofta. Give a beautiful round shape to your koftas and deep fry them. And give a nice golden colour to it..
  10. Please don't put kofta in gravy as they are very light in texture. Put kofta in your serving bowl and pour the gravy. Serve hot with Naan, Lacha Paratha, etc..
