Malai Kofta instructions
- Take a pan add butter and oil,add the whole spices and cook it till aroma comes.Add onion,green chilli,ginger,garlic and saute them..
- Add tomatoes,cashews till they are cooked.Add salt,sugar,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder and saute.Cook them for 5 minutes.After that switch off the flame and let it be cool at room temperature..
- After it grind it to make a smooth paste by adding some water..
- Now take a same pan add some butter and add the pureed gravy in to it.Bring it to boil.Now add garam masala,kasuri methi,fresh cream and coriander leaves and mix everything well.And gravy is ready..
- Now for koftas take a bowl add boiled potatoes,grated paneer,coriander leaves, salt and mash it well..
- Now add corn flour and mix it well.Now make small balls from it and give a round shape.Now heat the oil for deep frying. Now fry all the balls till golden colour on medium flame..
- Now assemble both koftas and gravy.Add hot gravy on the koftas and served with Chapati.Our Malai Kofta is ready to serve..
