- It's 2 cup of rice.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic.
- You need of Chopped vegetable.
- It's 2 of onions.
- It's 1 of tomato.
- Prepare 2 of capsicum.

- Wash rice a few times till the water runs clear. Soak it for atleast 10 minutes..
- Bring 8 to 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Then drain the water from the rice and add it to the boiling water..
- Pour 1 tbsps. Oil. This prevents the rice from turning sticky, cook rice.
- While the rice cools, chop the veggies,onions and other ingredients.
