Ingredients of Fried Rice

  1. It's 2 cup of rice.
  2. You need 1 tsp of garlic.
  3. You need of Chopped vegetable.
  4. It's 2 of onions.
  5. It's 1 of tomato.
  6. Prepare 2 of capsicum.
  7. Prepare To taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare as needed of Chilli powder.

Fried Rice instructions

  1. Wash rice a few times till the water runs clear. Soak it for atleast 10 minutes..
  2. Bring 8 to 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Then drain the water from the rice and add it to the boiling water..
  3. Pour 1 tbsps. Oil. This prevents the rice from turning sticky, cook rice.
  4. While the rice cools, chop the veggies,onions and other ingredients.
