  2. It's 2 cup of sugar.
  3. Prepare 1/2 of freshly scraped coconut.
  4. Prepare 8-10 of soaked sliced pistachios.
  5. You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.

  1. First soak pistachios in water for 1 hr and then remove the skin from them and slice them..
  2. Now cut tomatoes into wedges and deseed it, then in mixture grinder add tomatoes wedges, half freshly scraped coconut and grind them without water..
  3. Now in kadhi add 2 cup sugar,then add mixture of ground tomatoes freshly scraped coconut and melt it by mixing on medium flame..
  4. Stir it continuously, then add cardamom powder and stir it till it become thick and leaves the sides..
  5. When mixture will become thick and leaves the sides then it will become ready to take out on greased plate..
  6. Spread mixture evenly on greased plate and cut into pieces..
  7. Decorate with pistachios and serve it..
