- It's 3 of big sized tomatoes.
- It's 2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 of freshly scraped coconut.
- Prepare 8-10 of soaked sliced pistachios.
- You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.

- First soak pistachios in water for 1 hr and then remove the skin from them and slice them..
- Now cut tomatoes into wedges and deseed it, then in mixture grinder add tomatoes wedges, half freshly scraped coconut and grind them without water..
- Now in kadhi add 2 cup sugar,then add mixture of ground tomatoes freshly scraped coconut and melt it by mixing on medium flame..
- Stir it continuously, then add cardamom powder and stir it till it become thick and leaves the sides..
- When mixture will become thick and leaves the sides then it will become ready to take out on greased plate..
- Spread mixture evenly on greased plate and cut into pieces..
- Decorate with pistachios and serve it..
