- Prepare 1 tbsp of kitchen king (optional).

Malai kofta instructions
- Now for gravy,in a wok heat ghee,place bay leaves,cardamom,cinnamon and let it splutter.
- First soak saffron in 1/4 cup hot milk,mix this now with khoya,raisins,cardamom powder,mash well and make small balls,keep aside.
- Now mix paneer,potato,salt, cornflour and mash well,knead a like dough,now make fkat by hand,stuff by khoya balls and deep fry on medium flame in hot oil or ghee,keep aside.
- Further add chopped onion,tomato and powder spices,mix well cook in medium flame untill tomato done.
- Niw cool and grind in smooth paste and strain this gravy.
- Now start to cook this gravy again in same pan aling with ginger,garlic paste,set consistency,you can add enough water for desired consistency,cook it for 10 minutes on low flame,now mix cream,cashew paste,butter,honey and give a nice stir,cook again for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Finally add kasuri methi and prepared kofta and mix well,garnish with cream and green chilli.
- You can serve like as shown in picture,first place gravy then put koftas on it,serve with any indian bread.
