  1. Prepare 1 cup of Freshly grated coconut.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
  3. You need 1/4 tsp of Elachi powder.
  4. It's 5-6 of Cashews.
  5. It's 2 tsp of Ghee.

  1. In a pan add ghee and fry the cashews until golden brown Colour and keep aside..
  2. In a same pan add sugar and coconut together and mix well until sugar gets dissolved and combined with coconut together until like a form dough.. which takes about 10 to 12 mins..
  3. Meanwhile grease a tray or plate with ghee and make ready..
  4. Once it become like a semi dough add fried cashews and elachi powder and mix well..
  5. Once the mixture consistency leaves the pan edges, off the flame and immediately pour to the greased tray. Spread & tap well..
  6. Allow 10 mins to cool. Cut with the sharp knife or with pizza cutter to make desire shape..
