- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 4-5 of cloves.
- It's 1 of large cardamom.
- Prepare 2 of small cardamoms.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3/4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 4-5 tsp of malai(creame).

Malai kofta step by step

- Next add water and boiled then add malai(blend with blender) and milk saute it and covered until the gravy thickness..
- Then add kasuri methi and turn off the heat..
